Yes—we ship factory-fresh samples within 7–10 working days. Sample fee is refundable against first PO ≥3,000 pcs. Shipping cost borne by buyer; we handle export documentation and courier coordination.

Q2: What is your standard production lead time—and can it be expedited?

Standard lead time is 35 calendar days from confirmed deposit and final artwork sign-off.

Q3: Is your factory BSCI-audited—and do you supply certification documents?

Yes. Our facility holds an active BSCI audit report (valid through 2026) covering labor practices, health & safety, environmental management, and ethical sourcing. Full compliance dossier—including EN71 test reports (SGS/BV), factory registration, and audit summary—is provided digitally upon NDA execution.

Q4: What are your standard payment terms for wholesale orders?

We accept T/T (50% deposit, 50% before shipment) or L/C at sight, both aligned with Incoterms® 2020. PayPal and Western Union accepted for samples only. We also support Alibaba Trade Assurance for added transaction security.
